Lightning trigger for MF

Has anyone found a lightning trigger that can trigger an XF or DF+?

I suspect that that I will need to splice something together but figured I'd ask just in case.

Ideal solution would be one that I could also use with different cables with my Sony, Nikon and film cameras.
