So,

Can you hook up a 5D to this monster and just hit the direct print button?

Nope, you can't. Because of a firmware glitch, the mirror locks up...

Aha! So all along we thought Canon was offering a printer, when in reality they were finally providing the mirro-lockup button that all Canonites have been begging for.

Now, what kind of tripod do I need to carry both my Canon 10D camera and my Canon iPF5000 semi-portable Mirror Lockup Button?

So the MLU button option costs a further $2000?

But you also get $500 in ink.

Of course you could always use the ink savings to help pay for the hernia you would get when you try and lift that puppy.

That's not counting the truck to carry it on, or the twenty-mile long extension cord you may need for field work.
