Onlinesurvey "The taste of color"
« on: August 05, 2016, 03:53:33 am »

Hi at all,

to finish my bachelorthesis at the university of applied sciences cologne I created an onlinesurvey, to find out which picture from a small choice you like most in terms of the color. This test will take about 5 to 10 minutes. It would be quite cool, if you would help me to get a lot of data by doing this test.
I thank you very much!  :)

The choices do not line up on the webpage in Firefox latest version for the pictures. Please correct.

Same in Chrome, unfortunately.

Worked fine with Safari.

Tried it with Safari for Windows, and guess what, it does work. Also works in IE. But that's not what I normally use.

In Chrome and Firefox -- no "voting radio buttons" below images, just misaligned static labels.

Something also tells me that the results may also be different based on the fact that Safari is properly colour-managed. Chrome definitively is not - at least on a Mac

Same experience here, it does not work well on Firefox or chrome, but it does in windows edge. Actually I was surprised that edge appears fully color managed according to the tests by www.color.org, while chrome is only partially color managed (V2 for tagged images). In relation to Firefox, it depends on how you have it configured, but it can be full color managed

Hi at all,

thank you very much for your comments. I just found out what the problem was and it works fine now in firefox and chrome (both latest).
A good hint as well, that browser may differ in color reproduction. So, I added a question which browser is used.

Thank you
