Hp z3200 white banding++++solved

Hi
I have hp z3200 44" printer
recently I have changed the star wheel motor
after I have done this I found white banding every ~18cm (image becomes lighter) as shown in pic below
where is the problem

after further investigation it looks that print stretched at these lines so it looks lighter due to less ink

Problem solved
I found little dirt on analog encoder disk
