LR Mystery
« on: July 05, 2016, 08:14:20 am »

I took an image from LR CC to Photoshop CC and increased the canvas size to get more blank white space around the actual image. After saving the image it showed up, as expected, n my LR catalog. In library module the added white space shows up, but when I switch to develop the extra white space vanishes. The image has no layers. Any ideas?

Couldn't replicate that here Peter.
Opened RAW file  - Edit in Photoshop CC - Added white canvas all round - Saved (first as PSD then repeated as TIFF).
When opened in library Canvas shows and is still there in develop.

If the image made two round trips to Lightroom (Once to Edit and then back again as "Original" for additional edits) this is a known issue. The workaround is to go to your History panel after returning from Photoshop and click on the top entry. It should update your Develop module version.
