The hill behind home
« on: June 28, 2016, 07:28:11 am »

Yesterday evening I climbed to get a good view of (Sron a'Chlachain) the hill directly behind my home and the view from my office in Killin, Scotland.  I can't decide if the B&W version is stronger.

My preference is the B&W. The luminosity of the green is a little too bright imo. However both are likeable images.

The color version would be better if the colors were slightly less cyan.

+1 for the B/W.

I prefer the colour version. It is much more luscious, and the colours look fresh and natural.

It must be great to work in a place with such a view.

There's a cast for me too with the color version (especially in the sky) and it makes me choose the B&W version.
Other than that, the photo is very nice and you should consider you lucky to have such a view from your office.

+1 for the colour version. It's fresh and separates the hill from the sky better.
