Some. But I think it could do with losing the uninteresting rightmost third, a bit more space at the bottom below the lowest switch and processing to bring out more detail in the uppermost switch (or whatever it is), which looks muddy.

In other words, the execution falls short of the concept. IMHO, of course  ;)

Well, it's closer to what I would have been aiming for, but of course it's not my photo (although it is the kind of thing I like). Now you've opened up the shadows, it appears that the detail in the upper switch is blurred.

I'd suggest re-taking it, if possible.

It might be my eyes but the switches all suffer from a depth of field blur. I would also re-take it if possible. If not then use something like Focus Magic (or any equivalent tool) to mitigate the blurry areas of the shot.
