Poignant, with a matching color treatment. ND added to the sense that ghosts are present and swirling around.

Great photo. Reminds me of the movie "Fog" (Carpenter's original, not the crappy remake), must be the ambiance.

This is definitely different from the usual type of landscape images seen on here and it works nicely.
