black and white or color?

i was wondering what you all thought about this picture i caught in china town. is it better with the saturated color or black and white, somewhere inbetween?

It depends on what you're trying to achieve.  If you're trying to do an amusing photo showing the goofiness of souvenirs, then definitely stick with the color one, which has goofy colors.  If you're trying to say something more serious and documentary (though I'm not sure what), then B&W would suggest that better.

I prefer the b&w one myself...

You could always try the desaturated angle....pull the colours right down...works well on some shots!
