As seen through a break in the mist from Talisker Bay.
On a week of almost solid blue skies with infrequent cloud (Yes on the Isle of Skye) We had some rain and mist one day when we visited Talisker bay, The waterfall was dry, the tide was out and visibility was poor. Then just as we turned to walk back to the car North Uist appeared out of the mist, so I snapped a few frames handheld with the 300 F4 lens I had on.
So far this is my favourite photograph of the week spend on a wondwerful island. It's duotone like colour and simple form appeal to me a lot.
