The Dogwoods are starting to bloom in the valley. This past weekend they put on a wonderful show.

I like #2 very much, for the contrast between the calm tree and the rushing water.

I enjoyed last weekend's wet foggy weather.  I drove into the Valley on Saturday morning.  You hit a perfect weekend for dogwoods!

The weather was perfect for photography in the valley. Was able to shoot all day for 2 days. Saturday morning I was up early to shoot at Tunnel View and right next to me was photographer/climber Jimmy Chin (see the recent movie Meru) doing some filming of the valley. One of the most pleasant visits I've had to Yosemite.  :)
