Bird Reserve Is Going To Sleep
« on: May 01, 2016, 03:58:20 pm »

There are birdhouses for some kinds of waterbirds. In the last year there were also three sea eagles residing at this place. Tried to get some pictures but it was completely beyond limits of my equipment. :(
The saturation of this picture was beefed up a bit and I hope it's not overdone.

Not for me, the shadows are almost pastel.

Have a Nice Day.

I rather like the post-processing. Yes, the tone-mapping is really crunched in the shadows, but our brains create a scene by crunching down the 20 stops or so to fewer stops.

And I like the photo as a whole.

Thanks a lot!

(Attaching the original camera JPEG (+/- 0EV) that explains why the PP was needed...)
