Thanks for that link.

Not only does he need to use focus stacking due to the limited DOF, but also panorama stitching, due to the amount of magnification and thus limited Field of View of individual shots. Very labor intensive, despite the stacking automation with an automatic StackShot rail. Also needs a lot of computer memory, and above all, patience ...
