Charleston and Bottany Bay

I will be shooting charleston and bottany bay in three weeks. I was wondering if anyone had experience shooting sunrise at bottany bay,,aka boneyard beach.

Just got back from Botany Bay . Best time to shoot is when tide is coming in about an hour or two after sunrise.
