These ancient lands of the southwest do tell a story. They have looked to the skies since the first light of morning touched the earth, perfect in their seeming serenity as the earth twisted and formed. What these magnificent earth gestures have they witnessed is beyond man, a mere child in the grand scheme of things. But we can bear witness to what they are, what they represent and pay homage. Hand of the mountain...

Great photo. I would like to see a bit more on the left and right, I think the composition is a bit constraining on the rock and tree.

Very striking, indeed. The clouds almost look like flames coming off the mountain.

Very nice composition! Good timing with the clouds and stuff. This is absolutely a keeper!
