Should I crop the top and bottom six squares?

Off the cuff, I would crop either the top or bottom row, but not both of them.

Always crop! It's part of the photographic process. Without a crop, no photograph is finished. Right?

My instant reaction to the original post, before reading any of the responses, was: "No! Don't crop anything! I like the way the handbags at the top and the high-heel shoes at the bottom bracket the general chaos in between."

But, of course, as Russ always says,
Always crop! It's part of the photographic process. Without a crop, no photograph is finished. Right?

I like it. It looks like a contact sheet.

Personally I wouldn't crop them. If you just look at the small version  of the pic there is a pleasing increase of density from the top to the middle of the pic. It then falls away towards the bottom of the image. From a distance it looks great and then on closer inspection you get the details. I think it works fine as it is.

Thanks for the feedback. On reflection I won't be cropping it.  It looks just fine as it is....for now. ;)
