Which set for slit-scan technique?

Hi guys,

I'd like to try slit-scan technique to obtain photos and/or videos.

Which is in your opinion the best setup?

1. FPS: as many as possible to obtain slow-motion?
2. SHUTTER SPEED: fast (to obtain clear images/lines) or slow (to increase the blurriness)?
3. ACTOR MOVEMENTS: slow is better then fast?
