Lightroom Problem
« on: January 27, 2016, 09:53:25 am »

When editing the original in Photoshop and saving back to LR, the selection for the history states will go back to the beginning and I have to manually select the most recent history state. This used to happen occasionally with earlier versions of LR. However, with LRCC2015.3, it is happening a lot. Is there anything I can do?

Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
They key word is hopefully  ::)
Like the wrong soft proof values  reported by LR dating back to last April (in the Adobe forums, here and elsewhere) that the Adobe team by their own admission just found in December and (hopefully) promised to fix soon. Sorry, the progress and attention to detail from the LR team lately is anything but reassuring, hence the rant...

Good timing on the rant; 6.3 released today; soft proof finally fixed.
Get the update and see if it fixes your History bug.
