Sony A7R lens compensation
« on: January 04, 2016, 03:05:20 pm »

Has anyone tested whether there is a difference in using the Lens Compensation option in the camera's menu options versus using the Lens Compensation in LR or C1?

Can't see why there should be but I wouldn't be surprised if there is. (!) Thanks.

I don't have the A7R, I do have the A7 and A7II. I only shoot RAW, so I do not bother to turn on the in-camera lens' corrections. I prefer to apply the corrections via import pre-set in LR.

Not sure if the in-camera corrections would affect RAW files?
