Recommendations for a workflow to sync with online services

Is there a way to sync Capture One with online services like 500px or Flickr? In Lightroom this is really easy but I can't figure out how to do this with Capture One. Do you just upload manually?

A pretty simple and automated solution is to use ifttt.com and a cloud storage like Dropbox.

I wrote a blog post on it and a webinar. Will dig them out next week.

I am using flickr's uploader tool monitoring the folder processed that I use as an output for my jpg processing, it works well for me, and flickr's uploader also recognises duplicates online, so I can work on my laptop as well as desktop without any problem.

And one's it is in flickr, like other's suggest you can use if to distribute to other cloud storage solutions

Sadly, I don't think Phase One sees these "social media" as much of a focus for Capture One. Perhaps they don't see the professional uses for easily showing your work in various settings and on various services.
