Local adjustment presets?

With as many different ways to set presets in as many places, I'm surprised CO has no local adjustment presets.

Has anyone figured out a workaround of sorts for that?

I'd like to create an adjustment layer for eye enhancement, as an example, and pick my eye enhancer preset and be ready with a little clarity, sharpness, contrast, and saturation.
