Yes, it's still available. I'm selling it for a friend of mine, I'll ask him about those details and get back. It's better if you PM as I only look at this post now and then...
EDIT: my friend is the second owner. His intention was to get the lighter weight MF-two but made the wrong purchase, he thought about using it anyway but now he's selling it instead. In his ownership it has only been standing around at the office here, and a few test shots have been made. The the camera originally belonged to a car photographer and it is around 5-6 years old, he did not use it every day probably 6-10 times a year so that is why it is mint. I do not think it has had a service due to its light use.
I've personally looked at the camera and made a few test shots and I can say that it's indeed very lightly used. If this is the right camera type for you it's a very good deal.
