Exporting Custom Workspaces

On a Mac...

User library > application support > capture one > workspaces

Place the relevant workspace file on a usb stick and copy it to the same location on the other computer.

As a selfish side note, you might consider a capture one class, which would answer questions you know you have, but more importantly will answer questions you haven't thought to ask:
