Subscription Error Message

Hello,

If I should be posting this somewhere else, please let me know where.

Love the site and I am happy to pay for the content.  With that being said, I am seeing a message displayed when I log-into the LL site (not the forum).

I've double-checked my information (billing and address), all appears correct.  I have also confirmed that charges are 'pending' in my bank account for the subscription.

Why would I see the below message with pink color background?

ERROR: You have a problem with one or more of your subscriptions. To prevent any lapses in your subscriptions please visit your Subscriptions page to update them

For reference, I also noted that the subscription dates are currently showing 11/30 for sign-up, and 12/1/2015 for expiration.  This seems odd to me.

I just referenced the new FAQ and do not see this question addressed there.

i also have issues with subscription.

paypal only gives me this message (translated):

"Currently we can not process your request unfortunately . Return to The
Luminous Landscape Inc. and choose another option"

i have no problems with other payments just with the LL subscription.

tried for 3 days now. :(

MF, Please use the green button on the screen to report this also as it goes right to the people that can help you.  The other day we had more issues with PayPal.  You nay have been caught up in that wave.  I'll also have our guys look into it.  We are sorry.

and i would be lucky if i had a way to pay subscription. ;)

i just called paypal again and they said i have enough money in euro and dollar in my account to pay the subscription and they see no problem.
yet all i see is this:

As we stated in a reply elsewhere there is an issue with German PayPal we are trying to work out.   Please create a help case by clicking on the green button at the bottom right of the screen.  This will expedite the fix rather than here on the forum.   They are fixing problems pretty quickly.

As far as the cancel auto renew subscription issue.  Please wait on that and we are trying to make it so you'll be able to do a cancel auto renewal either at time of purchase or from your account screen on Luminous-Landscape.  It involves some creative coding so it can work with CC payments as well as PayPal.

We are on top of it though and it's on the list.

Remember the Help Button is the best way to get a quick response for any issues.
