Fading into winter
« on: November 29, 2015, 07:03:28 pm »

It was sunny, it was beautiful.
Now it's cold, but that's expected.
Don't be sad since nothing really dies.
We'll see again, soon.
Since then, don't let the cold get your heart.
Enjoy the winter, enjoy the silence.

I don't like the ragged edge but the image itself is very good. It could be a riot of confusing detail but the pattern of light seems to prevent that. Beautifully captured and processed.

Very likeable and a nice balance between the lighter leaves and the darker ones. Nice tones. A winner!

Thanks you all, guys :)

it could be a riot of confusing detail but the pattern of light seems to prevent that.

That's what made me keep the shot: I had the same worry but somehow I was lucky.

I agree with Peter about the edges, image, prose, and winter! I like the way you processed your image.
