Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 update issue
« on: November 19, 2015, 12:30:01 pm »

Today CC tels me that there is an update to Photoshop CC 2015. I'm on a Mac using 10.11.1. So I do the update and then go back to working with my images in bridge. I've got the updated version of Photoshop CC 2015 running. Double click on an .CR2 icon in bridge and guess what happens? It opens Photoshop CC 2015 again! Now there are two Photoshop CC 2015's running. OK, go to Bridge prefs/ file type associations click on .CR2 and there are two Photoshop CC 2015, both say Photoshop CC 2015 16.0.1. Sure I can figure out how to solve this problem, but why should I have to? When I look in the applications folder there are not two versions of Photoshop CC 2015 16.0.1, just one. Can't Adobe figure this stuff out! Also, I know I'm not a regular poster on this site but does one really have to answer these questions in order to post a new topic? I don't know what the Short form of HyperText Transfer Protocol is! Google says it's HTTP, ok got my lesson for the day.
Sorry, I guess it's just my Rantatorial for the day!
