Specifically a Epson 7800, Imacon Flextight and a computer.

Mike:

The Epson 7800 is rated up to 1A at 120V and about 50W draw when operating (6W in sleep mode).

The computer draw depends enormously on what it is (tower to laptop), type and number of processors,  and what peripherals (size of monitor, LED or CFL backlight).

No clue on the Imacon.

Are you trying to size a UPS or something?  Unless you have some unusual stuff, I'd guess the total is 300-400W and even that is a stretch.
