suddenly the 8300 has started wasting about 8 inches of canvas from the roll when it starts the print job. setting the paper size at 17x24 should provide a 2 inch margin of blank canvas before the image appears and now it is a 9 inch. this has not been a problem before but suddenly it is. have not changed any settings. using the profile provided by lexjet tho, havent printed on their product much for a while. could it be in their profile or do I need to adjust a setting in the printer. also I only load the canvas when I send the print job then I unload the roll between jobs as usual . thanx
