Attractive scene, Richard. I might have tried to back up, to frame it with foliage above and below.
Not too sure about the title, since its connection to the photo isn't clear, for us your viewers.

Thanks for commenting on the river foto.
I'm intrigued by your suggestion for framing the top and bottom with foliage. It's my intent to make these fotos express the fecundity of these wetlands - as much as I can. So having more living subjects in the frame would be a helpful addition. (They say a good foto leaves out what's unnecessary, but for this subject I don't think a minimalistic approach can be used.)
About the title, I agree with you. It's much too obscure.
