Fotodiox Adaptor
« on: October 26, 2015, 08:26:08 pm »

Is anyone using the Fotodiox adapters with perspective control lenses? Any issues with this? I have seen comments about problems internal reflections with the Metabones adapters and Canon perspective control lenses on Sony bodies, which have apparently now been addressed with the latest Metabones adapters.

I use the Fotodiox with the Canon 24mm mk2 and 17mm. They work fine with it. You just need to paint, or spray, the inside of the adapter to prevent reflections.

You can use masking tape to protect the parts you don't want to paint or spray.

Quickest would be spraying, but you'd need to do it outdoors (making sure you don't breath it in).

Safest way is painting. Use a good brush whose hairs don't fall out, so you don't get hairs stuck in the paint.
