Sabbaday Falls - White Mountains National Forest, New Hampshire

Taken yesterday (10/9). Wet, foggy day in the mountains. Quite a contrast to the dry, bright, sunny days in Maine the whole week prior. There was plenty of color in the hills. But, still splotchy and not near peak throughout. You can see smalls bits of color poking through.

The Rain was good that's why there are umbrellas. I took advantage of the rain and made some exposures that I'll put on FB first then on the home page here.  It's been a pretty good two weeks on the road.  Home for two days then off to NYC for a few days.  Then NYC again the following week for PhotoPlus.  Now I need to find time to work on the images.

Beautiful. Nicely seen (although too direct for my taste). Would love to see more. The foreground water and rock are a wonderful contrast to the rest of the scene.
