I think the red lights make it an interesting focal point. The eyes are drawn in along the lines. Nice image.

I think it's fine as is. I wish I had somebody to drive me around Palma so that I could do some grabs of traffic, bad driving (whether that would show in a snap or not...) and pedestrians looking for taxis etc. or even sitting at café tables in the gutters. Not sharp shots, slowish exposure to distort a little bit.
