been running the betas for a while, now with the release on both computers.

I think 10.11 is a pretty solid release, pretty well tested.  No problems with me using LR/PS, C1 seems OK as well although Phase seems to have a "don't touch for a while" policy  Printing to Epson printers no issues at all either.

There was a glitch with my Logitech mouse, but software already available to fix it.  Also Carbon Copy Cloner supposedly had an issue, but again update is already available.

El Capitan also "fixed" some odd graphic issues I have with my 2013 Mac Pro, that I have been struggling with since Yosemite (choppy video with iTunes and in Safari, also with typing input into forum replies such as this one). Never affected performance of things like LR/PS or even FCP, so it was really just an annoyance. Showed up with 10.10.1, Apple never could resolve it, despite a few tries.  Pretty random problem, not really common place. Fortunately all gone with El Capitan.

Any news on compatibility with Adobe CS5 apps? I still need to use Illustrator CS5 occasionally.

Haven't noticed any issues, just one annoying feature - with less-than-optimal wifi connection, the OS keeps sending notices that the connection is flawed/poor and will cut off for one minute.  It actually does disconnect for a minute, then connects once more.  My wifi connection in one room of the apartment isn't great, not poor but not optimal.  Those frequent disconnections are a PITA!  Haven't yet found how to turn off that function.

Lots of problems with music + dj software/audio devices it would seem.
Unlikely to be an issue for most people here, but if you do use ext audio cards or such software be wary.

I tend to wait for bug fix .4 or .5 before committing having seen so many issues in the past. Sometimes I risk a .3 bug fix.

There's a self explanatory thread in printing  Updated to El Capitan, now IP9 won't print  that may be of relevance.
