Photoshop merge to HDR not working

  LR->Photomerge-> HDR works fine.  When I send the same images  ->merge to HDR PRO in Photoshop--is not working.  I see the mages load into layers in Photoshop, but then what appears is a completely black image.  Hitting the process button results in a completely white image.

ANYBODY have this problem??  FIx??
