Importing third-arty .costyle files?

I have downloaded several folders of .costyle files as described above, one from Capture Integration, the other of unknown provenance.

I’ll be damned if I can find a way of importing them so that they are available to C1. Am I missing something? I have been a C1 user since 2010, starting with v5.

[Adjustments > Styles > Import]

You can also manage them as files from [User Library > Application Support > Capture One > Styles]
