Run Away Pony...

Peter

A dash for freedom!

I seldom go to Palma, the island's 'capital', but whenever I do, I share that horse's emotions and can't wait to get back into the car and get the hell out!

I suppose if it's your own town, then you accept it as normal, but after a while away from crowds and hustle it becomes very hard to accept it all again, especially when you know you don't have to do so. I've been putting off a growing need to do some city exploring with the camera for years now... if only to give myself a new landscape in half a day to keep me busy for weeks!

But there you go: it's another shot that travels in the same little carriage of moments not decisive, but felt. Are they the same, relatives or utterly different in every way? Surprising that in HC-B and Leiter we find two men who already defined those differences back in the last century, visually if perhaps not verbally, though I imagne that if one read enough about them or from them, the answer would be fairly clear...

Nice picture indeed.
