Family Holiday in France...
« on: September 06, 2015, 06:02:01 pm »

Taking your time for pictures on family trips is ...challenging. Especially 'waiting for light' is 'not done' on a 500km trip with the herd back in the car. Yet, I managed to squeeze out a few during the few stops for coffie and lunch.

My own current impression of France is from my visit to the Dordogne in May, so I was surprised to see such large, flat vistas in your images instead of the little hill villages of the South.

I especially like the second, third, and fourth.

Thanks Eric. It's a long time since I've been at the Dordogne, a cozy place indeed.
Here are another two from an early morning trip near the Loire, plenty of space around there.

Yes, indeed, beautiful. I especially like the third. The processing is nice, and those rows of ??? (grape vines?) appear to go on forever. Nice!
