#1 is my favorite on these three. It also seems to be the most focused in terms of purpose.

The third has nice colors but seems otherwise fairly ordinary. The first two are really fine, IMHO. Both seem very well seen and presented. Like others I have a (slight) preference for #1, but the interactions of forms in #2 are excellent, too.

Yes, strong photos usually have strong subjects. Eric, #3 is here mostly for context.
