Epson P800 Power Cord Too Short
« on: August 30, 2015, 08:31:09 pm »

The power cord that came with the P800 is a bit short for my needs.
Can I use an extension cord ?
Any particular features or type I should use?

of course you can use an extension cord.  Perhaps use 16 gauge conductors if you want to feel extra safe but its not needed.  the printer only consumes maybe 100w (just guessing)

The manual says 25w which is very low so you could use the just about any extension cord you want, including standard 18gauge.  dont
make this more complicated than it need be.
