How to Achieve This Look

Does anybody have any ideas on how to achieve this look?

Try a selective color adjustment layer. In the reds, increase yellow and red. Curves to increase contrast and add a green cast to the shadows. That's what I did here. You could also use a hue/sat adjustment layer in colorize mode.
