The light/subject is nice but overall image too dark. As an option, you should look at in ACR first using the "auto" setting. After that... add a grad filter -2.0 +/- exp. from left edge to his shoulder, then another grad filter +1.15 +/- exp. from right edge to his face. It opens it up it up and accentuates the nice light coming on to the face and his left side, his left hand/arm and it brings up this nice mid gray grainy vertical band in the center of frame along with the keyboards he is playing with left hand.
