Sony 50mp sensor specs, anyone have them?

I was wondering if anyone had the data sheet for Sony's 50mp sensor in the Phase, Hasselblad and Pentax cameras, I thought I had it...but apparently I don't and can't seem to find it. Help would be much appreciated

I know the part number is IMX161

I think you need to contact Sony to get it, probably sign an NDA. You can find the part on their web, but no datasheet which usually means exactly that.

Did you find the Sony 50Mp on that site?  Under Sony, I only found up to Jan 2013 but may have missed it.

The cost to download specs is more than a few 645z's.

Does anyone have the data sheet for the Sony IMX161 sensor please?
You can go to the Sony site and download all of the current ones.
