Actually it is a Black Duck but that title seemed too obvious.  :)

Me too Nancy.  That was of course the reason for taking the shot.  The color only lasted a few minutes before the clouds shut down the sunset.

I've been watching too much MasterChef lately. I'm thinking barbecue duck at BBQ   King in Sydney. Yum!
