Kodak PROFESSIONAL Inkjet Smooth Fine Art Paper 315g
« on: August 12, 2015, 06:54:38 am »

Kodak PROFESSIONAL Inkjet Smooth Fine Art Paper 315g - Does anyone know where I can find icc profiles for this paper?  I'm printing on a Canon iPF8400.  I've done extensive Google searches, and though the Kodak website seems to indicate that they do have icc profiles, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to them.

Thanks,

Kurt

Hi Kurt,

You can get the ICC profile thru BMG's website that distributes Kodak's paper.  They created the Plug-in file that you use with Canon's MCT (Media Configuration Tool)
http://www.globalbmg.com/kodak/en/color-profiles
Select the Brand, printer model and under the Plug-in section, it should be the 10th profile/plug-in down on the list.

Hope this helps.

Check the equivalent Innovaart cotton inkjet papers and their profiles too, a lot of similarities. The Photokina 2012 booth of Innova had a BMG/Kodak desk too when that company made a start with the "Kodak" media distribution. Recently they added "HP" media to their catalog.

Met vriendelijke groet, Ernst

Thanks.  Unfortunately, I get a "404 - File or directory not found" whenever I click on any of the Canon profiles.
