Taken one very foggy afternoon last month. Two different compositions.

I often like symmetry, but the first one is much more dynamic.

Great example how a title helps the picture. Had you not mentioned it (the fog) I'd thought it is a glare from the blown sky  ;) Perhaps a color version would be more indicative of the soft contrast fog typically creates?

Both are good. However, the fog of the second superimposed on the first composition would make for a very strong image.

Thanks for the feedback. The fog was not very intense, but enough to occlude the sun. And it was changing very fast, the wind was strong.

@Slobodan: I will look again at the colour version, but it was rather dull. The contrast, in spite of the fog, was high, as I was shooting into the late afternoon sun.
