First Direct Sunlight, Sentinel Meadow, 3 views

Just upgraded to LR6 about 2 weeks ago, and it's opening graphic shows a place I'm very familiar with.  Reminded me of an amazing 10 minutes or so one morning some years ago in Sentinel/Leidig Meadow, back when I was still getting my feet wet, reacquainting myself with photography and using the teensy (but much beloved) Panny LX5

The third shot is the first one I ever had stolen from me when I found it for sale on a Russian site.  Sort of an honor, I guess.

I really like the processing here. May have to look into LR.

First and third are really good. As for the second one, I think the stump in the foreground is not strong enough as a compositional element; the interest is all in the background, with the trees and the mist.

I'd agree about 1 & 3, with my preference definitely being for 1. As soon as I saw it, appreciative thoughts came into consciousness. Then it was 'meh'. But that first one is superb.

I like the first. Maybe the foreground could be cropped to shift the view a bit an I think it would render very nicely as a mono but that is just me.

Wonderful shot that first one. +1 on LX5... have two of them (along with the 3 and 7)...such great cameras

I'm with Mark on this. The first one is a stunner as is, but I think it would be even stronger with some of the foreground removed.

Number 3 looks a good deal like the splash screen of LR6. Does Adobe owe you some money?
