Canon 300mm f/2.8 Mark I non IS

I just got a deal on an old Canon 300mm f/2.8 Mark I non IS and was wondering if anyone knows of any lens repair shop that could possibly recalibrate the lens?I'm at the +20 mark on micro-adjustment with Canon 1DS mark3 and the focus is still off a little bit.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
