I don't think I have used the slideshow feature since version 4. However I needed it today and found that I just get a black screen - no photos. This was on the most recent version of Lightroom CC. I tried with LR 5.7 and found the same thing.
Doing a google search it turns out that a lot of people have experienced this but there appears to be no information whatsoever on what might be causing it or how to solve it. I have tried enabling and disabling the "Use graphics processor" option but with no success. I am running Mac OSX 10.9.5. As far as I can tell I have no other problems with LR.
Any thoughts?
