THE famous Portland Head Light

Another picture of one of the most famous light houses in the US, shortly before a heavy rainy storm.

I like the composition.  The foreground rocks and the curve shoreline are nice. I also like the use of negative space which fits well with the subject of a lighthouse.

Everything about it is nice except for the foreground rocks which are great! Those rocks take the shot to the next level.

Truly excellent. The only thing missing would be for the lighthouse to be on.
