Eizo 4K 31.1
« on: July 25, 2015, 09:56:17 am »

Hi, anybody care for new Eizo 4K 31.1" monitor with $6K price tag?!! Its professional Eizo color edge series with 99% adobe RGB coverage. I know its very expensive but for those in professional environment and large income, working with this black Nazgul is a pleasure! Maybe buying it, is not worthy for many photographers but for those who can afford...you know, sometimes we just get somethings not just for its value-for- the-money reason but for having pleasure in life and I belive  this item is one of those!

I already have 275 model and its absolutely fantastic monitor; very accurate: really what I see on monitor, I see on print. everything is calibrated of course but similarity of colors on print is almost the same as monitor. I enjoy it a lot. Having it in my studio actually is a kind of curtsy that my pro customers give me lots of credit for that. here is the manufacturer link:

I can't even dream of buying it, but I was wondering how it compares against the excellent NEC PA322UHD-BK-SV.
In good theory the nec has superior dynamic range, but the Eizo better uniformity.
And the Nec is half the price ;)

Best regards

Have seen both - apart from the price there's no real life significant differencies.

Thank you Czornyj. You just helped me decide to go with the NEC.
